Do I need a building consent?
It depends on the size, your site and how the rules apply to this type of construction. The 40ft is over 70m², so it always needs one. For the 20ft and 30ft we confirm the pathway for your address at the site check, before you commit to anything, and we handle the paperwork either way.
What does the site need?
Roughly 3m of clear access for the truck, room for a crane to lift, and a fairly level spot for the foundations. If access is tight, a kitset granny flat is usually the better answer.
What is included in the price?
The home, freight, delivery, craneage, foundations, install, and water, wastewater and power connections. Landscaping, fencing, decks and driveways are separate and quoted in writing if you want them.
